Delivery to third countries

The term 'third countries' denotes all countries outside the European Union. Delivery to third countries is generally part of our policy and free of charge. Delivery is effected by carriers specialising in premium jewellery and valuables. We provide you with all documentation you require for customers clearance or reimbursement of value added tax (in the case of personal collection of the delivery).

After ordering we automatically send an invoice excluding value added tax with all the documents you need to export / import the goods. When your delivery arrives at the border, the Swiss Customs Authority will contact you and you will receive notification of all additional charges and times for collection of your delivery. Deliveries to Switzerland are subject to 8% import duty. No customs duties are payable for jewellery; diamonds may be subject to a low customs fee (more details on request). A service provider can deal with these formalities for you if you wish, enabling you to receive your delivery at your convenience without further efforts on your part.
